Is this really free?
Yes — completely. You never pay us anything, at any point. When we introduce you to an agent and you eventually close a transaction with them, that agent's brokerage pays us a referral fee out of the commission they were already earning. Your costs do not change by a dollar. If you never buy or sell, we are not paid, and that is genuinely fine.
What's the catch?
There isn't one, but here's the honest version: we are a licensed Virginia referral business. We get paid by agents, not by you. That is exactly why we care about matching you well — a mismatched introduction that falls apart is worth nothing to us. Our incentive is your good outcome.
Why not just click 'Contact agent' on Zillow or another listing site?
You can — but know what happens. That button usually routes to whichever agents pay for leads in that ZIP code, not to whoever knows that cove, and your details can go to more than one of them. You end up choosing from the people who paid to reach you. We do the opposite: we choose the agent based on what you told us, introduce one or two, and never sell your information.
Am I obligated to use the agent you introduce me to?
No. Meet them, talk to them, and if it is not a fit, tell us and we will introduce you to someone else. There is no contract with us, no exclusive arrangement, and no hard feelings. You can also walk away entirely at any point.
Will I get a flood of calls and emails?
No. We introduce you to one or two agents — the ones we actually think fit — and that's it. We do not sell your information, we do not distribute it to a lead network, and we do not put you on a drip campaign.
